After doing quite a bit of research, I narrowed my vacuum search down to Miele and Sebo. As soon as I arrived, Ben was very attentive and answered all my questions. He let me test out a couple of options explaining the pros/cons of each. In the end, I landed on the Sebo E3. I recently came in to the store and the owner recommended a SEBO DART. I had been using my MIELE for my whole very large house. Now my life is so much easier and I didn’t have to hire a cleaning lady. I keep my DART upstairs. And it cleans the rugs so effectively even with two cats and it never needs repairs. And I never need to get my rugs deep cleaned! It’s also light and super easy to use. I am so appreciative that the owner solved my cleaning issues for me. I would definitely recommend this store and getting an additional vacuum so you or your cleaning service can manage cleaning your home better. It’s worth the investment. We researched vacuums, and decided between the Sebo and Miele. Drove an hour to Ben’s store because they had both on display to try. Our first impression was very positive. The showroom was well stocked and customer friendly. Ben ask the appropriate questions about our needs and helped us decide which vacuum and model to consider. This was one of the most pleasant and confident purchases we’ve made in recent memory. So important to support family owned and local businesses. This business is top notched and will be recommended highly to all friends and family. Ben provided friendly and professional customer service and the process from introduction to delivery was great. The absolute best! We spoke to Ben (who mans the store) and first, he guided us in the right direction with respect to purchasing a Sebo and second, was very prompt in setting up an appointment with his brother Tony to install a central vacuum Tony was absolutely professional. He showed up for the install with his brother Arty and the 2 of them never complained about the job being harder than they thought, never tried to overcharge us , were clean and respectful . Love the fact that this is a family owned and in business. We already are talking to Tony for our vent and duct cleaning. And to Arty for some small projects given he’s a qualified handyman.
